Apple Spinach Salad

Apples, dates and baby spinach tossed with walnut vinaigrette.
Ingredients -
Dressing:
1/2 cup Walnut Oil
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Molasses
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

12 ounces bag Baby Spinach
12 sliced Dates
3 Apples, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped Toasted Walnuts

 
Preparation:

Dressing:
1. Add walnut oil, apple cider vinegar, molasses, salt and pepper to bowl.

2. Whisk to combine.

Salad:
1. Add baby spinach, sliced dates, and apple slices to serving bowl.

2. Pour in ¼ cup salad dressing.

3. Toss to combine.

4. Sprinkle toasted walnuts over top.

5. Serve with remaining dressing alongside.
