Dressing:
1. Add walnut oil, apple cider vinegar, molasses, salt and pepper to bowl.
2. Whisk to combine.
Salad:
1. Add baby spinach, sliced dates, and apple slices to serving bowl.
2. Pour in ¼ cup salad dressing.
3. Toss to combine.
4. Sprinkle toasted walnuts over top.
5. Serve with remaining dressing alongside.
