Ingredients -
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and cubed
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Honey
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Place the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, honey and bell pepper into a food processor.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
