Salad Making Tips
Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is a mix of oil and egg yolks. In the United States the oil is usually vegetable oil. Olive oil can be used in the place of vegetable oil resulting in mayonnaise with more flavor than the neutral product we are used to purchasing.

Blue Cheese

Blue cheese can be found in most supermarkets and delicatessens. The tangy, semi-soft cheese available in blocks crumbles easily with the hands.
