1 Small Head Green leaf lettuce, outer leaves removed, washed, Dried, and torn into bite-size pieces
1 Small Head Red-Leaf Lettuce, outer leaves removed, washed, dried, and torn into bite-size pieces
1 Medium Ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 Pint Grape Tomatoes, washed, halved
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Place the lettuce in a large bowl and toss with diced avocado and tomatoes.
2. Dress with balsamic vinegar and season with black pepper.
3. Serve immediately.
